If you want to be Wingaersheek bound, this is the vacation rental home for you. Spend the day at Coffins Beach, the private section of Wingaersheek Beach, shared by neighborhood residents and members. Enjoy the views of the tranquil Sleepy Hollow pond and its abundant wildlife from the spacious front deck of this comfortable vacation home.

To enter the house from the driveway, take the stairs up onto the deck leading you to the entrance of the main living level. A large open-plan living area on the main floor encompasses the eat-in kitchen, cozy den, formal dining room, and light-filled living room. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bath, completing this level. There is access to the screened porch at the rear of the house from the dining room. Both main level bedrooms have air conditioning units to keep you cool all summer long. Downstairs, a large suite makes up the garden level perfect for in-laws or for guests who desire a little extra privacy.

Wingaersheek Bound is a wonderful place to come and enjoy one of Cape Ann’s best beaches.

MAIN LEVEL
Living/Dining: The large living room offers plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area has a formal dining table seating up to 8 guests and a wet bar. Access to the screened porch is off of the dining area.

Kitchen: The kitchen area comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, plenty of counter space, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen table seats up to 4.

Den: A smaller second living area has two comfortable couches, plus a door to access the front deck.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom features a King “sleep number” bed and a large flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom contains a Twin bed.

Full Bathroom: A full bath with a tiled shower.

GARDEN LEVEL
Suite/Full Bathroom: The suite includes a kitchenette and sitting area, a King bed, and a large bathroom with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. There are two ways to access the suite, from the interior staircase or from the door near the deck stairs.

EXTERIOR
The large deck overlooks the pond offering beautiful water views and multiple outdoor seating options. A dining table with additional seating is perfect for dining al fresco. There is also a gas grill.

PARKING
There is parking for four cars in the driveway.
