By using our Website, you confirm that you are aware of the possibility that your information may be transferred to a company outside the USA, and that you consent to the transfer of your information. Members are aware that the required identified information below, including but not limited to, contact name and telephone number are visible to all Travelers and Users of ParadiseTerra Website.
Depending on the nature of the transaction, in order to process a request for an inquiry about a property listing, or to become a registered Member on the Website, we need to receive the following: full name, address, telephone number, contact name, email address, and in some cases, method of payment, etc.
How ParadiseTerra uses your information
The personal information you submit to ParadiseTerra will be used as follows:

Cancelling notifications from ParadiseTerra
If at any moment you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you may opt-out by going to the My Account section of your Member Page on our Website and check the opt-out box at the bottom of the page to suspend further notifications, or you may opt-out by clicking the opt-out box at the bottom of the promotional email you received. When a Member opts-out the Member receives an email confirmation that they have been removed from receiving further communications. ParadiseTerra maintains your information on file during the active membership and up to 1 calendar year after expiration, or cancellation of said membership, or until is necessary according to applicable laws.
