By The Beach

Within a matter of minutes from this vacation rental, you will find yourself at the footbridge to cross over to the golden sands of Good Harbor Beach. When you’re not at the beach, take in the stunning oceans views and large yard from most of the rooms and from its expansive two-level wraparound deck from sunrise to sunset.

The decor reflects a seaside theme throughout this bright and spacious home. The main level features a large open-plan living room/dining/kitchen with ample seating for gathering and entertaining. Three bedrooms and a full bath make up the upper level. The lower level has a second living area, full bath, and laundry room. Stay cool on those warms summer days with central air throughout the house or with the ceilings fans located in several of the rooms. After a day at the beach, head onto the deck through the French doors in the living area to dine, relax, and of course, admire the water views.

With plenty of room for the whole family, By The Beach is a desirable vacation rental for family and friends to enjoy the beach as well as all the restaurants, whale watches, shops, and museums that nearby Gloucester and Rockport have to offer.

MAIN LEVEL.

Living/Dining: The large open-plan living area has a comfortable couches and chairs providing ample seating. The dining space has a large dining table that seats up to 8. Access the wraparound deck from the front door or from the French doors just off the living room.

Kitchen: The kitchen contains modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and is fitted with an island and breakfast bar.

SECOND LEVEL.

Bedroom 1: This room contains two singles beds, ceiling fan, and water views.

Bedroom 2: The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, a chair with an ottoman, a ceiling fan, and water views.

Bedroom 3: This room has a Queen bed and a ceiling fan.

Full Bath 1: This full bathroom has a walk-in shower.

LOWER LEVEL

Family Room: This spacious room has a sectional sofa that converts to a Queen bed for additional guests, a chair with an ottoman, and a large screen TV.

Full Bath 2: This full bathroom has a tub and shower.

Laundry Room: The laundry room is tiled and includes a washer and dryer, room with a door accessing the yard.

EXTERIOR

The multi-level wraparound deck has plenty of outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The large yard is perfect for families with children to play in when not at the beach. There is an exterior shower with hot and cold water, and a storage shed with lots of beach chairs.

There is parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
