The home represents the beauty of Austin’s beginnings to its enviable top spot at the country’s most desirable city. Guests feel it upon arrival as the home is shaded under immense 200-year-old Heritage Oaks.

The estate sits on over two acres, and features two homes interconnected by breezeways, that flank a resort-style pool. The front home is a state of the art, classic Westlake Home. It has four bedrooms, a chef inspired kitchen that pours into a two-story great room anchored by a towering Colorado River stone fireplace wall.

Walk a few steps across the pool deck to the bonus house and remember the best of Austin origins. This two bedroom, fully renovated home has kept it original 1950’s feel with all the latest in comfort and fun! The home boasts another full kitchen and great family room.

Across the patio is one of the great features of this home. One of the garages has been converted to the ultimate air-conditioned game room/recreation room. The room is loaded with fun arcade games, ping-pong table, pool table and equipped with artificial turf floor.

But the amenities don’t end there, The Authentic Westlake Estate has more amenities than you could want! Hot tub, resort-inspired pool, large decks and patios, horse shoe pits, and a BBQ. This is an entertainer’s paradise!

The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can hold up to 16 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 11 and 16 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 16 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
