This home is the best in approachable luxury with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. So close to downtown (only 5 miles), but yet so far out to be luxurious and secluded. Sitting on over an acre of land and hidden on a cul de sac this breathtaking home is a perfect place for groups and families alike. The home has a great music room complete with vinyls, cds, and even some forgotten cassettes from yesterday that are available to be utilized by the guests. Upstairs has even a cool break room equipped with a wine fridge, TV, Bar, microwave and Fridge/freezer.

Enjoy the pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor living and dining areas, multiple living areas. The home has the perfect outdoor TV room overlooking the pool and spa. The property also has an incredibly zen, Koi pod with beautiful Japanese Koi fish.

This 4 bedroom 5,000 sq. ft. home sits on over an acre of lush landscaping that will allow you instantly relax and enjoy everything Austin has to offer; although, you will not want to leave this home.

Stunning, yet comfortable interior makes you feel right at home. The home’s design truly creates a marriage between the indoor and outdoor living areas. The heart of the home is a grand open space of the living, kitchen and multiple dining areas.

The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 13 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 8 and 13 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 13 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
