Oceanside at Good Harbor is a waterfront vacation home directly on Good Harbor Beach, Gloucester’s finest stretch of sand. Gracious and beloved, this family-friendly five bedroom summer cottage is set on picturesque Brier Neck.

Sit on the waterfront terrace/patio and enjoy the summer breezes and unobstructed views of the glittering tides ebbing and flowing. If you can manage to tear your gaze from the views (from just about every room of the house) relax and read a book in the copious and comfy seating, or even enjoy an afternoon lunch on the sunny enclosed porch with breathtaking views of Salt Island and beyond. From here, feel free to step out on to a new deck which juts out over the granite waterfront outcropping overlooking the surf. Continue into the spacious fireplaced living room open to the formal dining area with original built-in cabinetry. A Roku Smart TV can be found beyond French doors in a den off the living area.

For the cook, the well-stocked kitchen boasts all the modern amenities including a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher and disposal. Also on this level is a quarter bath, laundry and cozy bedroom with a single bed. There is also access to a large deck facing the yard and street with a wheel chair ramp accessible from the driveway.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and two baths, one bath recently renovated with an oversized shower stall and the other (also renovated) keeping its original charm with a claw foot tub. On the ground level, find a bonus tiled sitting area that leads to a private deck and porch area as well as a soapstone shower bath, perfect for a quick rinse after the beach.
