The Space:
1 very nice bedroom and 1 living room on a higher floor (1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people (130cm), total size: 38 SQ.M. with big balcony and street view and some sea views.

Only 3 minutes drive to the night market and very easy to take “baht bus” on the beach road to Pattaya (Walking Street, Festival Centre Pattaya shopping center, Bali Hai pier (for a trip to the islands), Buddha on the mountain – viewpoint.

… for only 10 baht per person, go all the time, just go to the beach road.

Our apartment has everything (Free wi-fi, Shower, Toiletries, Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, 2 Bottled of water, Cable TV service, Balcony with furniture, Air Con, Desk, Iron/Ironing Board, Hair-drier.

There are all of the kitchenware in the room and there is always the possibility to order food in the room.

Getting Around:
You can use 3 ways to reach our location from the airport.

1. By Bus the number is 389. The price is 130 Bath/per person. The schedule starts from 7 am until 11 pm, It is going out every one hour. You will need to buy a ticket on the 1st floor of en exit parts of the Suvarnabhumi airport building opposite gate number 8. And then you will need to go to the final point of destination. It will Pattaya-Jomtien, Thapprarya rd. 

2. By airport taxi. The price is not constant, but approximate 1500 Bath, not over 1800 Bath. You will need to say to the Taxi driver that he brings you to Pattaya-Jomtien to Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya. But keep in mind that Suvanabhum Taxi drivers perhaps do not know the name of public places in Pattaya, and they will need to ask someone local people about the final point of destination when they arrive in Pattaya-Jomtien.

3. You can order “pick up” service (The price is 1800 Bath), the Taxi driver will wait for your arrival time on the meeting point with the paper which includes your name.

If you camping from Bangkok the drop-off point located on the Ekamai (Sukhumvit Road
(Near Bangkok Planetarium & Ekamai BTS Station) and Bangna Bus Stop (Bangna Trad Road 1 km. Near Central Bangna Shopping Mall, opposite BITEC ), the price is 119 Bath. The running time starts at 05.30 till 19.30. please go to the final point of distention, it is Pattaya Bus Terminal ( North Pattaya Road ) (and then local Taxi will take you to Atlantis)
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
