Getting Around:
Located on Thepprasit Road in the heart of Pattaya, only 2 Km. from Sukhumvit Road. Easy connection to famous attractions and every convenience such as Outlet Mall, Tesco Lotus, Big C, Central Festival, Thepprasit Night Market, Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Park, Colosseum Show Pattaya and Pratumnak Hill. Only 1.30 hours from Bangkok by Motorway Road.

♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.

♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.

There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
