We are located in Chang Khlan road and have free good WiFi, flat-screen cable TV, and a balcony. There is also a kitchen and an electric kettle. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet. The building is a 1-minute walk from Art in Paradise and about 1-1,5 km from Saturday Walking Street and Sunday market. Chiang Mai International Airport is 3 km away.

This area is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, night markets, and street markets, many coffee shops in the area the same as restaurants.

The Space:
My spacious 1 bedroom condo comes with big nice bed and living room with sofa bed for 2 person and TV and desk. There is a full kitchen so you can cook yourself. The bathroom has a full shower and toilet.

7/11 is located near in the building as restaurant is also very near. Lift will take you up to the floor where your apartment is.
Guest Access:
We have a 24-hour reception and a snack bar. Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk and cozy area where you can relax. The property offers free parking. And we have shuttle to Pool/Tennis/squash area (cost about 60 baht one way).
Interaction with Guests:
During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you if there should be any problems or questions.

Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road just outside the building or ordered to the door. A tuk tuk taxi cost about 60 baht (2 euro) to the Old City.
Other Things to Note:
• Breakfast is next door and cost from 40 baht per person.
• Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
• Free coffee and the when you arrive.
• Daily maid service, we will clean the room every day for you.
• Beds are made on arrival, linen and towels to the number booked.
• Linen and towels will be changed every 7 nights.
