Price is included all, no extra fees. The building have shops, gym (GYM not free) but pool area is free, very close walk to Central Kad Suan Kaew and the popular Nimmanhaemin road. Granite and word floors, kitchen, TV and located to one of the nicest and biggest super malls in town named Maya Shopping mall. Please be aware the gym is not free. Prices included all as electric and water, no hidden fees.

24 hours check-in as we have key box on the door so very easy as the building always is open.

♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking downstairs in the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ There are laundry services inside the building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also there.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.

The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.

If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed (minium 350 baht).
24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.

But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
