Located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood, Family Tides offers convenience and comfort, just a half-mile to Gloucester’s Good Harbor Beach.

Cathedral ceilings with skylights, large picture windows, and French doors to the deck illuminate the the open-plan main floor. Starting in the fully-applianced kitchen with a large center island, the space naturally flows into the dining area, the living room, and the family room beyond. There is a full bath downstairs as well as another upstairs, along with three bedrooms, including the “Kids’ Room” with two sets of bunks. All of the bedrooms are newly equipped with AC units to stay cool on those warm summer days and nights. Outside, the large back deck is the perfect place to sit and relax with a cool drink while family and friends play in the large and verdant yard. After a day at the beach, rinse off using the new outdoor shower.
