Villa Yiasemi

Villa Yiasemi is a total delight, offering spectacular sea view looking
south towards Corfu Town. Villa Yiasemi was brand new in 2018 and sits
on the steeply wooded hillside between the coastal road and the Bay of
Agni on the glorious north east coast of Corfu, nestling into the olive
clad hillside in the area of Kavalaraina. The gorgeous beach at Agni
and the excellent tavernas are just a ten minute walk down the hill
through the olive groves so plenty of shade on the way but it is a
steep uphill climb on the way home.

Villa Yiasemi has been built in solid stone in the traditional style of
the local stone dwellings, with thick walls to keep the interior cool,
but there is nothing old fashioned about this lovely house. The
interior is light, airy and romantic and offers the utmost comfort and
beautiful relaxing surrounding to enjoy a perfect holiday. The
upside/down design means that the living areas are on the upper floor
to enjoy the more spectacular views and the bedrooms are downstairs
where it is always cooler, although of course, all areas have full air
conditioning. Outside things get even better with a lovely infinity
pool which is seasonally heatable if the water temperature drops below
24 degrees, and adjacent Jacuzzi hot tub are the high points. Beautiful
stone terraces for sitting and sunbathing, are completed by a shaded
outdoor dining and barbecue area. All in all we think Villa Yiasemi
will prove to be supremely popular for smaller families and would be
ideal for two couples.

**This property features low wall with drops on the approach to the
villa entrance. We ask that care is taken and children are
supervised.**
