VILLA TRANQUILIDAD

You enter this modern open plan villa on street level with an entrance opening to a large beautifully furnished lounge area with log burning stove, open plan kitchen and dining area. Patio doors open onto a relaxing enclosed terrace with three piece suite, perfect for the cooler winter months and further doors giving access to the external terrace overlooking the swimming pool area. From here there are steps leading to the lower terraces and pool area.

The modern kitchen features unusual red ‘silestone’ granite work surfaces and a breakfast bar leading from the lounge.

Just off the lounge area is a separate cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

On this level is a separate one bedroom annex with en-suite and patio doors leading out onto the back terrace overlooking the pool. This small annex has it´s own external entrance door next to the main front door.

Tranquilidad´s further 3 bedrooms are on the lower floor of the villa on the same level as the pool.

The master double bedroom is ensuite with patio doors leading out to a small terrace with access to the pool.

There is one more double bedded room and one room with twin beds. On this level there is the family bathroom with bath and shower.

The living area and all bedrooms have hot and cold airconditioning.

The Villa has free WiFi /Internet included in all weekly rentals. There is both Spanish & English TV.

There is off road parking next to the front of the Villa. It is around a 15 minute walk to the beach front but a vehicle is recommended for stays here due to Mojacar´s hilly streets.
