Villa Sunny is a traditional Portuguese villa set in the up-market
resort of Sao Rafael, just a short walk from the local amenities the
resort has to offer and the fabulous sandy beach for which this resort
is famed. Located on the outskirts of the resort and with views across
to the Albufeira marina this 4 bedroom villa is set in its own grounds
with a shaded alfresco dining area whilst the sparkling blue pool is
set into a sunken terrace accessed by a few steps, which has the bonus
of having gates fitted which may appeal to families travelling with
younger children. Inside, the villa is set over three floors with one
of the bedrooms situated on the lower ground floor with access to its
own shower room. On the ground floor is the light and airy lounge
dining room with a multitude of floor to ceiling windows along with the
bright fully equipped kitchen and a spacious double bedroom which
boasts an en suite shower room. Upstairs, are the final two
air-conditioned en suite bedrooms which both have views over the
surrounding countryside.
