One of our closest villas to the centre of Calpe, Villa Roig Costa is a
spacious five bedroom, four bathroom detached property located in the
Casanova urbanisation and less than a 10 minute flat walk to the centre
of the busy beach town resort of Calpe. Set over two levels, on the
ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a utility
room, a spacious lounge with dining facilities, a separate lounge for
larger groups, and two twin bedrooms that share a shower room. Stairs
lead up to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms, one
with an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom is shared with two
other bedrooms. Air-conditioning has been installed in both lounges and

for those wanting to take chilling to the next level. Villa Roig Costa
is the perfect choice for large families and friends that don’t want to
drive on holiday, a short 10 minute stroll takes you to a selection of
shops, restaurants and supermarkets and the blue flagged sandy beach of
Calpe a further five minute stroll away.
