One of five stunning new properties to join the Solmar Villas
collection in the Las Maretas urbanisation. Villa Aquamarine has been
tastefully furnished by its proud owner, offering our customers a
modern and contemporary feel. This fully-equipped, detached villa
offers plenty of amenities to give Solmar customers the perfect villa
holiday experience. Set over two levels, the ground consists of the
lounge with dining facilities and patio doors leading out to the
swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its own
private terrace and a twin bedroom, both sharing a shower room. A
stairway leads you upstairs to the master bedroom with a balcony,
another family bathroom and another terrace overlooking the swimming
pool. Back outside is where all the fun will be had, centre stage is
your private swimming pool (heating included between November and
April) with a cornered paddling section. A covered terrace with
comfortable seating and dining facilities is set to the side of the
