Villa Aqua Oceanis offers stunning views of Navarone Bay and the
shimmering Aegean Sea, this white washed villa with blue shutters will
offer our customers the perfect Greek holiday experience.

Leading in from the front door you will find a twin bedroom and double
bedroom, both benefiting from having their own private bathrooms and
balconies. Imagine the view from your own private balcony over the
peaceful waters of Navarone Bay which once was the location for a
famous 1961 film, ‘The Guns of Navarone Bay’, and which gave the area
its name.

Stairs lead down to the ground floor to an opened planned lounge with a
brand new Smart TV with Netflix, dining facilities, fully equipped
kitchen and Pool Table. A further twin bedroom is also on the ground
floor with a private en suite bathroom and patio door leading directly
outside to the beautiful manicured gardens. Air-conditioning is
available in the lounge and all three bedrooms and WiFi is available
throughout the villa.

Double patio doors from the lounge lead out to a covered terrace with
further alfresco dining facilities, table tennis and a brick built BBQ
for those wanting to dine alfresco.

Looking out from the terrace, as you make your way through the well
kept gardens, your own private swimming pool awaits you. The pool has
been designed to ensure you benefit from a panoramic view across the
bay and out into the Aegean Sea. Perfect to spend many evenings with a
glass of Ouzo whilst watching the sunset.

The beautiful and romantic village of Lindos with its narrow cobbled
streets packed with roof top restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops can
be found only a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk from Villa Aqua
Oceanis. Alternatively, a 15 minutes drive the other way will bring you
to the delightful village of Pefkos which plays host to an abundance of
Greek tavernas, shops and a beautiful sandy beach.
