Villa Apollo shares the same glorious location as Villa Helios, sitting
on the wooded hillside between Manganos village and the north-east
coast of Kefalonia looking across the channel to the island of Ithaka.
The house is surrounded by cypress and olive trees and set in a pretty
garden of indigenous shrubs and flowers. The spacious pool terrace and
infinity pool enjoy gorgeous views at all hours of the day and evening,
as does the covered terrace area. Apollo is the upper house of the two
with one bedroom on the ground floor and the other two located on the
upper level. The interior is comfortably furnished with an attractive
mix of modern and traditional furnishings and spacious, light filled
rooms with totally open plan living areas. Ideal for a relaxing break
in this beautiful part of Kefalonia, the traditional hamlet of Manganos
with a supermarket, cafe and couple of local tavernas is just 2km away.
You will find Foki beach 1.6 km downhill, there is also a good taverna
here just behind the beach. Fashionable Fiskardo with an eclectic
choice of tavernas in the cobbled streets and lining the waterfront,
plus shops, mini markets, café’s and bars etc. is 2.5 km away. The
gated entrance drive is shared with Helios which is further down the
hillside.
