This five bedroom private pool home is located in the beautiful gated resort of Tuscan Hills! This is the only property we have that is all single beds which means it is perfect for a couple’s retreat or for guests who just don’t want to sleep in the smaller twin beds. The owner has updated the home with modern granite countertops, flooring and appliances. Bright airy open floor plans give this home a real southern charm that guests feel like they are staying at a bed and breakfast.

Guests are emerged into a replica of Italy when they arrive through the gates of Tuscan Hills. The luscious landscape features ornate fountains surrounding professionally designed topiary beauty. Centralized in the resort is a large clubhouse with a fitness facility, tennis court, and beach volleyball court. An area dedicated just for the kids is the perfect playground for them have a fun vacation. The Italian theme continues with the vacation homes as they feature the red roof tiles and ample space for your family to have a memorable Tuscan vacation while still staying in the States!

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book vacation homes and verification of driver’s license is required in the registration process.
