If you are looking for a special night out this estate is walking distance to some of Austin’s best restaurants, like the award winning Uchi, Odd Duck, Ramen Tatsuya, and Eberly. For more casual dining, this home is across the street from the Lamar Union Square which offers fun bars, karaoke, Alamo Draft House and Shake Shack. It is also just a walk away from the iconic Saxton Pub! A walk or bike ride to Zilker Park makes this a coveted location for ACL and SXSW. The living and kitchen flow out to the private outdoor entertaining area which is sure to be the perfect setting for hosting! The back patio and lawn space are perfect for a dinner with friends and games on the lawn — croquet, washers, bean bag toss… with the bonus of a pool and hot tub.

The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 9 and 12 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
