ARRIVE also includes a personal house valet, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of serving you. They will be available 24 hours a day for your entire stay.

This brand-new home was built in late 2018, and just made available for rent. Stunning modern design in the Clarksville section of downtown Austin, this home is wonderful for a family reunion. The home features amazing custom touches throughout and the open floor plan is perfect for entertaining.

It is rare to have a large backyard downtown, but you are in for a treat because the home has a spacious backyard that is a great place to entertain year-round.

The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can hold up to 15 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 11 and 15 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 15 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
