ARRIVE also includes a personal house valet, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of serving you. They will be available 24 hours a day for your entire stay.

Hot tub, pool, large deck and patios on multiple levels, movie theatre, BBQ, billiard/game room, gym with sauna, and in-home casita. This is an entertainer’s paradise!

The home is pre-set for 14 guests, but can hold up to 20 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 15 and 20 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 20 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
