This 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 6,700 sq. ft. home sits on over an acre of lush landscaping that will allow you instantly relax and enjoy everything Austin has to offer; although, you will not want to leave this home.

Stunning, yet comfortable interior makes you feel right at home. The home’s design truly creates a marriage between the indoor and outdoor living areas. The heart of the home is a grand open space of the living, kitchen and multiple dining areas.

The grounds are spectacular with a pool, sports court, and several outdoor living spaces.

The home is pre-set for 12 guests, but can hold up to 20 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 13 and 20 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 20 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This property will not be rented to disruptive groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
