Stunning modern design on 2 acres in Westlake, designed by renowned Architect Bernardo Pozas. The estate features one of the most relaxed, wooded settings that will make you feel as though you are at a private resort, while only being minutes from downtown Austin. The estate is complete with unique marble floors, dramatic floor to ceiling windows, custom cabinetry, and a full Thermador chef’s kitchen. As amazing as this estate is on the inside it is equally amazing on the outside with full outdoor kitchen, dining area, sitting area, heated pool, hot tub, and expansive lawn. Aside from the main estate this property has a casita with two bedrooms, living room, and kitchenette.

The home is pre-set for 12 guests, but can hold up to 16 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 13 and 16 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 16 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
