On over an acre lot to build on in River Place because it is the highest hill in Austin, in an exclusive neighborhood, and only 11 miles to Downtown Austin. (fully accessible by Lyft and Uber) This gorgeous estate is also only 4 miles to the 360 Boat Ramp on Lake Austin!

Our Guests absolutely love the outdoor spaces to dine in or just relax, with its covered patio by the pool or a walled courtyard in front with a fountain and Mardi Gras tree. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining guests with Canterra doors from the living room and office/bar opening on to the
courtyard.

Guests love our orchard of peaches, figs, apples, persimmons, and pomegranates. The home is on the top of a hill there is always a breeze on hot summer nights and virtually no mosquitos which makes the pool and hot tub delightful. Also, guest enjoy the yoga room with its cork floors and ballet bar.

The house is equipped with 4 banquet tables and 20 bamboo folding chairs that fit beautifully in the courtyard. The Owner being from New Orleans, there is also a crawfish/shrimp your house manager can set up. Crawfish boils work well on the cypress tables on the back patio which can be hosed off. Of course there is an outdoor grill and a meat smoker too. The motor court is equipped with a sodium light for playing basketball in the evenings.

This home is situated in River Place which has playgrounds, parks on Lake Austin, and hiking trails
voted the best in Austin. The trails are perfecting for famed Austin hiking.

The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can hold up to 20 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 11 and 20 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 20 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
