The estate features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and will allow you to instantly explore and enjoy the wonderful Lake Austin; along with everything that this estate has to offer, you will not want to leave.

Modern, yet comfortable interior makes you feel right at home. The estate’s design truly creates a seamless transition from indoor and outdoor living areas. Kick back and relax on the upper deck of the boat dock, while enjoying the Texas sun. The heart of the home is a grand open space of the living and kitchen areas. The grounds are spectacular with a pool, and outdoor living areas, and boat dock.

The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 14 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 9 and 14 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 14 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
