This 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath, estate on over an acre of lush landscaping will allow you instantly relax and enjoy everything Austin has to offer; although, you will not want to leave this home. The home is pre-set for 16 guests, but can hold up to 20 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 17 and 20 guests.

Stunning, yet comfortable interior makes you feel right at home. The home’s design truly creates a marriage between the indoor and outdoor living areas. The heart of the home is a grand open space of the living, kitchen and multiple dining areas. The grounds are spectacular with a pool, and several outdoor living spaces. Dining areas seat a total of 20 people. The guest suite has its own separate wing and is very spacious with its own full bath.

The home is pre-set for 16 guests, but can hold up to 20 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 17 and 20 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 20 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
