ARRIVE also includes a personal house valet, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of serving you. They will be available 24 hours a day for your entire stay.

Beautiful estate size home sits atop a meticulously maintained property on Austin’s most coveted and prestigious Westlake Drive. The home is perfect for entertaining and comfortable living. The large gourmet kitchen is open to the breakfast area and a living area. The formal rooms are exquisitely appointed and adjacent to the large family room. It opens to the covered patio, pool and hot tub in the backyard.

The property is nestled in the hills of Westlake for total privacy. The master suite is downstairs with a bonus bedroom/study. The staircase leads to the extra three bedrooms and dream game room upstairs.

The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can hold up to 15 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 11 and 15 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 14 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
