The main home is a custom, signature estate. The owner has spared no expense in creating an incredibly relaxing, beautifully appointed, one-of-a-kind escape. Enjoy privacy and seclusion while admiring Austin’s incredible expansive hill country.

The main home is a yoga lover’s dream. Upon entering the courtyard, you will be greeted by calm waters from a beautiful fountain inside the tranquil rock garden. When stepping into the main home your eyes are immediately met by the stunning views. The open modern kitchen is a great place to create a delicious meal with your friends. The master bedroom is spacious and all upstairs bedrooms have private patios overlooking the expansive hill country.

Head outside to relax by the pool and enjoy time with a private yoga instructor or massage therapist. This spacious outdoor area provides a fantastic place to create memories with your friends.

The home has a beautiful in-home suite inside the courtyard with a beautiful bedroom and bath.

This property also has a casita! This beautiful separate building that has a kitchenette, full bath, and more great views of the beauty of the hill country. This casita sleeps 3 comfortably.

The home is pre-set for 11 guests, but can hold up to 16 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 12 and 16 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 16 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
