Meant to entertain, upon entering the home you will be greeted by a large and spacious game room with a pool table. This home has one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs surrounded by a large wrap around porch perfect for enjoying time with friends and family.

Head outside to relax by the pool and enjoy time with a private yoga instructor or massage therapist. This spacious outdoor area provides a fantastic place to create memories with your friends.

Large decks and patios aren’t the only features at this house. Located on property there is a boat deck perfect for sunsets, outdoor grill, bocce ball court, and volleyball court. What more could you want?

The home is pre-set for 6 guests, but can hold up to 10 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 7 and 10 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 10 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
