Playa Coco is a quaint town that is conveniently located 20 minutes from Liberia International Airport. Your on the beach, drink in hand within an hour of touchdown!!

The road next to my Condo complex is the secret backway to adjacent over the hill beaches and towns of playa Hermosa and Panama beach and
other white sand Renown resorts of GOLFO DE PAPAGAYO Region

Condo is a large studio with a limited kitchen (full description in photos) on the 2nd floor of a two story project that is just down the block from the beach.
Two electric stovetop burners, electric toaster oven, Microwave, regular toaster,coffee pot/teapot, rice maker, refrigerator, counter tops, flat screen TV,Two overhead fans, AC, screens on all window, and door. two outside foldable chairs and side table provided for early coffee or sunset wine time.

Playa Coco is a Marina with lap waves. Perfect for sailing, snorkeling, diving, long runs, walks and a gateway for other excursions and sunset cruses and warm night pool swims under the starlight and full moons.
There are many othe different places where you can do canoppy, horseback ridding, and many other activities, if you are looking for adventure.
Walk distance to downtown Coco, where you can find ATM machines, pharmacies, groceries stores, sourvenirs, restaurants, and many others
Laundry area share, and each load costs US $ 2 per washer and US $ 1 per dryer

We provide you for your check in: small bar of soup for each bathroom, one toilette paper for each bathroom, small bar of dishwash soap, new sponge, a one plastic bag in each trahs bin.

Each unit has a broom, mop, dustpan and one plunger

Not cleaning supplies are provided

You can enjoy at hour Beach Club, CAFE DE PLAYA, where you can HAVE 10% DISSCOUNT IN DRINKS AND FOOD!!! and you can also use the lounge chairs, enjoy the spectacular sunsets, Happy our every day from 2 to 6 pm

Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. Check-in after 5 p.m. charge is US $ 40
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Check out time before 7 am is US $ 40

Power is not included in weekly and monthly rent (we read the meter at check in, and at check out to get the consumption)

KEYS: we just provide one set of key per unit

How to Get Here

The Liberia Airport is serviced by a variety of major airlines and is the preferred Airport for anyone travelling to Playas del Coco. We are only 15 miles from the airport.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From Liberia International Airport, turn right from the airport and follow the signs toward Playas del Coco (also known as Coco).

After passing the “Do it ” store (approximately19 kilometers from the airport ), you will see street signs to Playas del Coco. Turn right here (onto Rt.151 which may or may not be marked).
Continue on Rt. 151 toward to Playas del Coco another 6 kilometers until reaching El Coco on the main street

Rates, ​Decor,​  and extra items:
Please ​understand​ that each owner ​has their own rates and each unit is furnished and decorated to 
​the ​owner’s taste. Some of the units include only the basic essentials while others have additional furnishings.

Red Taxis:
If you need any transportation, including to or from the Airport, use the Red Taxi only  since they are the only legal, licensed, and insured taxi drivers in Costa Rica. Other drivers charge less, however, they are illegally providing this service and if an accident happens you will be held responsible.

Cleaning Fee US $ 80 (upon arrival)

Damage Security deposit US $ 500 ( upon arrival)

US $ 15 fee if you decide to go with a WIRE TRANSFER

Electric consumption (weekly and monthly rents) cash/credit card before check out

Credit Card fee is 4% of the total
