LIVING/DINING ROOM: A spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa, a loveseat, and additional chairs provide plenty of seating, as well as a large flatscreen TV, and ornamental fireplace. The dining area has a high-top wooden table seating up to 6 people.

DEN: An additional sitting area filled with abundant light has wicker furniture and views overlooking the yard and of Gloucester Harbor in the near distance. Access the outdoor patio and backyard through this room.

KITCHEN: The kitchen features modern appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, wine fridge, ample counter space for food preparation, and a breakfast bar with two high-top chairs. Just off of the kitchen and front entrance is a quaint sitting nook with a comfy couch.

BEDROOM 1: The master bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite full bath, an air conditioner, and its own deck with views facing Goose.

BATHROOM 1: The master full bath has a walk-in shower.

BEDROOM 2: This room contains a Queen bed with views of the cove.

BATHROOM 2: A full bath with a walk-in shower is off the main hallway.

EXTERIOR

The covered patio has views of the spacious backyard and features outdoor furniture to cozy up to the fire pit and warm up on those cool summer nights. There is also a picnic table and gas grill.
