Situated at 2 min walk to sandy beach access, we offer to all our guests passes to some of the most exclusive Beach Club in Playa del Carmen.
At 5 min walk, you will be accessing the heart of the town, the 5th Avenue, where one can wine and dine, shop, enjoy a massage, sip on a cocktail or knock back some tequila at one of Playa’s vibrant night clubs. You will find there as well dive shop, souvenir shop, variety of local vendors, authentic mini-supermarket, organic store, pharmacy doctor, and just about anything you could want.
Getting Around:
Besides being a minute from the beach and 5th, grocery stores, shops and anything else you’ll need is accessible on foot or by taxi so it’s not essential to rent a car.

GETTING HERE…
International flights land at Cancun international airport a 45-minute car ride from Playa Del Carmen.
From the airport, you can take a luxury ADO bus which stops at the terminal on 5th avenue, or you can take a taxi.
If you would prefer we can arrange an airport pick up if you.

To avoid misuse of electricity, we are offering to our guest that stay one week or more 100 kwts included in the price of the rental. All the extra use will be charged at 3.5 pesos per Kwt.
