Newly refurbished, it is a ground floor with no stairs, interior windows, no views (see floor plan)

Absolutely comfortable for 2 people. Internet, air conditioning and Smart TV. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops really close. This is our "LOW COST" Star product. Totally recommended.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

*** A security deposit of EUR 100 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

*** One dog is allowed with a 50€ fee for the whole duration of the stay.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**Late check in carry the following extra charges:

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 – EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 – EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 – EUR 80
