This quirky little farmhouse in the beautiful location of Pollensa

As you step into the living and open dining room, you will get given a
fantastic feeling of open space thanks to the rectangular shape of this
truly beautiful villa. The villa has a modern whilst maintaining that
rustic farmhouse feel with low wooden beamed ceilings and traditional
features. It leads out onto a glorious covered dining terrace enabling
you to enjoying al fresco eating using the resident barbecue as and
when the mood takes you.

The kitchen has a modern day grey finish and offers everything you may
need to prepare some of Mallorca’s finest cuisine including sobresada
or frito.

Upstairs you will find three very spacious bedrooms all finished to a
high standard. The master double bedroom has its own ensuite and the
added bonus of a dressing room.

The single room and double room share an ample bathroom and the double
bedroom boasts a superb outdoor terrace which overlooks your very own
private swimming pool and has stunning views of the natural green
landscape that surrounds you.

Head down to the pool itself where you can spend your days splashing
around and just soaking up the Spanish sun, as well as enjoying the
very well maintained lawns that the villa has to offer or for the more
energetic amongst us, there is table tennis for you to enjoy.

We doubt you will want to leave your sun lounging spot, but Villa
Creveta boasts a fabulous location. It can be found to the north of the
famous Pollensa town – a typical Mallorcan municipality steeped in
centuries of tradition, an absolute must see whilst you are on the
island. With local restaurants, supermarkets and shops just 2km away,
this a great base to visit places either by car or on foot.
