Gran Canaria Villa Los Lagos 33

Lagos 33 is a fantastic villa with privileged views over the Golf Course and the mountains.

There are two communal pools heated, free of charge, in winter months (November-April) which are accessble. The smallest one has been built on the rocks of the mountains, as well as its solarium area from where the ocean can be see from far.

This holiday home has a large, spacious and comfortable living room, in which you will be able to relax yourself surrounded by its modern and functional furniture and, of course, its lovely views.

Any necessary appliance for an easy cooking is available in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is situated on the ground floor. On the Upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one with twin bed and the other with 2 single beds) sharing a bathroom.

A cot and a high chair will be provided (upon request) for children from 0-29 months old.

*** A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidental damages. This deposit is refundable after the departure and the house inspection.

*** One dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50€ for the whole duration of the stay.

This property is located within a Residential Area. Therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.
