** Please note that a for minimum occupancy from 1 to 6 guests three bedrooms will be opened . The other bedrooms will be available only for a higher occupancy (one bedroom each two guests). In case you wish to have more than two bedrooms opened with an occupancy lower than 7 guests, please specify it in your booking as the price applied will be the one corresponding to the number of rooms opened.

** One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

** A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required for damages. This deposit is refundable after the departure and the house inspection.

** Pool is heatable with a surcharge of 560€/week, highly recommended form November to April

– Between 20:30 and 22:00 – EUR 30
– Between 22:00 and 00:00 – EUR 50
– Between 00:00 and 01:30 – EUR 80
