The Space:
The ideal location! It is close to lively area but still quiet enough to rest at night Centrally located! This building sits on 32th street, just one block from the turquoise Caribbean waters and steps from the popular Fifth Avenue where you will find a number of international brands, local boutiques, bars, entertainment events, restaurants and more.

It has been perfectly decorated to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, it has everything you need for a great stay in Playa del Carmen.
Guest Access:
Elegant decorated and very well maintained! The master bedroom hosts a KS bed and ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom has a KS bed and there is a complete bathroom next to it. Both bedrooms have smart TV, closet and A/C. The gorgeous living room is comfortable, it has smart TV, A/C and a relaxing sofa. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 chairs and is fully-equipped with all the essentials and more: Glass stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster and cookware.

Take the elevator to the rooftop were you can admire a wonderful view swimming or just relaxing by the pool. Enjoy a good time sitting on a lounge chair with your family or friends after cooking a delicious grilled steak right from the rooftop. Other amenities include: High speed WIFI, washer and dryer set, linens and towels, ceiling fans, A/C and beach chairs.

The Neighborhood:
Bienvenidos to the most vibrant nightlife in Mexico! Discover noteworthy cuisine from almost every culture, copious Mexican beverages, live bands, local street performers, and access to all the natural and historical wonders hiding in the wild Riviera Maya. Situated at 2 min walk to sandy beach access, we offer to all our guests passes to some of the most exclusive Beach Club in Playa del Carmen. At 5 min walk, you will be accessing the heart of the town, the 5th Avenue, where one can wine and dine, shop, enjoy a massage, sip on a cocktail or knock back some tequila at one of Playa’s vibrant night clubs. You will find there as well dive shop, souvenir shop, variety of local vendors, authentic mini-supermarket, organic store, pharmacy doctor, and just about anything you could want.
Getting Around:
Besides being a minute from the beach and 5th, grocery stores, shops and anything else you’ll need is accessible on foot or by taxi so it’s not essential to rent a car. Recommendations for bicycle rentals and hosted excursions available! GETTING HERE… International flights land at Cancun international airport a 45-minute car ride from Playa Del Carmen. From the airport, you can take a luxury ADO bus which stops at the terminal on 5th avenue, or you can take a taxi. If you would prefer we can arrange an airport pick up for you.
Other Things to Note:
The planet earth love you! Give it a bit of love back 🙂 To avoid misuse of electricity, we are offering to our guest that stay one week or more 100 kwts included in the price of the rental. All the extra use will be charged at 3.5 pesos per Kwt.
