The impeccable architectural design of Los Altos Phase I, is the best kept secret in Casa de Campo. Designed by the celebrated architect Francisco Feugas, responsible for the luxurious areas of: Las Cañas, El Batey and El Ingenio, these condos have everything you would expect.

All buildings are surrounded by the extensive golf fields of the Dye Fore, accompanied by the magnificent views of the Chavon river.

This condo offers one of the best locations in the area, since building #14 is the latest development within Los Altos. Thanks to its wide and illuminated paths under tropical vegetation, you get to access the beautiful, private and spacious areas of the garden, gazebo, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Two rooms with excellent finishes: a large master suite with spectacular views over the golf course, private living room, dressing room, makeup area and a good size bathroom.

The second bedroom has a wide bathroom, and most importantly, the best natural light, perfect for reading.

The living room and the dining room occupy most of the first floors space, which can be open and connected to the wide balcony; ideal for enjoying cocktails, lunches and dinners alfresco while you delight on the beautiful views the condo has to offer.

If you just want to relax, its very easy with A/C throughout all areas, high speed WiFi and TV in each room.

The condo is rented with an excellent maid from 8:30am until 4:30pm, unless needed for dinner, in which case, you pay a taxi to the town of La Romana for her.

The building offers comfortable parking for owners and visitors, as well as exclusive parking for Golf carts. We can reserve Golf carts for an additional cost.

The development of Los Altos offers the comfort of its own private gym with an instructor from 8am to 8pm, in which you get to enjoy the steam room, the sauna and the beautiful massage area.

At Condo Evergreen you are walking distance to all the fascinating activities offered by the Altos de Chavon Artist Village. It also offers exquisite restaurants, art galleries, archaeological museum, disco, concerts in the famous Altos de Chavon amphitheater, church and Central Plaza where spectacular weddings are held throughout the year.

Just 10minutes from Minitas Beach, you can enjoy an array of water sports including snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing and paddle boating. White sand beaches and clear blue waters surround this exquisite landscape, making it a top Caribbean destination.
