It has an ample choice of beaches within a 15 minute drive,the nearest at 6km and is also situated at only 4.3 km from Pollensa’s golf course.
The house of 73m2 is one storey has tiled floors and is simply but comfortably furnished.
The main entrance leads directly to a living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and TV (free satelite channels).The dining area has a rectagular dining table to accomodate 6 people.The rustic style kitchen is equipped with all necessary electric appliances.
The house has two bedrooms, One double bedroom with a bed of 150cm and one twin bedroom with two beds of 90cm. Both have large built-in wardrobes and airconditioning units.
Inside the house there is a family bathroom with bath and over shower.
Leaving the house towards the pool area we find a large covered porch with dining table and chairs.An ideal family area where you can relax have a drink,or wine and dine using the built in BBQ area in the out building just across the patio.This building also has a bathroom with WC and shower.
The inviting elevated 7 x 3.5m pool with practical roman type steps that facilitate access to it has sunbeds to relax and sunbathe.
