You enter the the property into a South facing private terrace into the open plan comfortably furnished contemporary living/dining area with air conditioning and a log burner for those cooler winter evenings. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so this property can accommodate 6 people.

From here there is short hallway with a downstairs, newly refurbished, shower room leading through to the open plan fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both base and wall units, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge and microwave. From the kitchen is a small rear courtyard where there is a freezer.

The light stairway leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms and a newly refurbished family shower room.

The front double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, is south facing with patio doors leading out onto a terrace with sea views.

The rear bedroom has twin beds, no wardrobes but a very large wall unit of drawers. This bedroom has access to a small terrace and stairs leading up onto the private roof terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds.

This duplex has airconditioning in the living area and both bedrooms. There is also upstairs and downstairs smoke alarms.

WiFi/Internet is included in all weekly rentals. Spanish and English TV is available.
