minutes’ drive away.

Mobility Statement: There are two steps to access the villa’s main
entrance and two steps from the villa to the rear terrace. There is one
further step up to the barbeque area and another onto the raised
non-slip pool surround. The ground floor is spacious and an ensuite
bedroom can be accessed externally via patio doors. However, all
internal doors are standard width.
