Secluded  3 bedroom Finca , 2 bathrooms and private pool nestled in the foot of the mountains in the valley of Colonya, close to the town of Pollensa.

The House The main door entrance leads to the lounge-dining area with 2 comfy sofas,tv,a fireplace and dining table with seating for 6.
Next to the dining area a large rustic style kitchen equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.It also has a smaller breakfast table with seating for 6.
The house has three bedrooms and 2 bathrroms:
Bedroom 1: Doble bed with an en suite bathroom and lovely views to the valley.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 : Both have twin beds and share a full bathroom.
At the front of the house leading out from the lounge we have a large covered porch complete with dining table and chairs. Also a seating area for those who just want to “chill out” and enjoy the total silence.
Exterior At the side of the house is the delightful pool area, in an attractive garden setting with spectacular views.
Its glistening 8m x 4m swimming pool has Roman style steps for easy access. Around the pool are various loungers to relax and soak up the sun..There is also a pérgola with dining furniture, a perfect place for breakfasting while enjoying the the first sun rays appear over the valley or al fresco dining in the evening while watching the sun go down behind the mountains in this unique and tranquil atmosphere.
The house has time limited air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms (timings: 18:00 – 04:00 hrs)and central heating throughout.

Please note when hiring a car that the holiday home can only be reached via a country track that has not been tarmacked.
Location Approx 3 km from Pollensa Town and 10 km from the beach.
Included in the Price: Bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water and gas).
Not included: Tourist eco tax, payable by all adults 16 years and over by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
