Beautiful Loft in the Chapultepec Area (A)

This beautiful loft is thought out to be highly practical for short stays, and also comfortable for long stays. It has everything you might need, from coffee maker and kitchen, to a clothing washer and drier. It is just 5 short blocks away from the heart of the Chapultepec area, the most active zone in Guadalajara both gastronomically and for nightlife. Also, Providencia and Chapalita, which are two beautiful neighborhoods are just 10 and 18 minute-drive away respectively. Downtown is 5 minutes.
The Space:
The loft has a living room (with a sofa-bed) and a TV, a kitchenette and full bathroom on the first floor. Up the stairs is the main bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a working desk and a closet. The loft is a mixture of simple minimalist furniture, modern hipster look and a rustic feel, always focused on functionality.
Guest Access:
The property is inside an apartment complex with a security door to the street. Another door leads to two flight of stairs to the main area, were there is an additional door, inside of which you can find the private doors to lofts A-D and a service room with the boiler, clothes washer and drier.
The Neighborhood:
Chapultepec is the number 1 area in Guadalajara to be in, either as a tourist, student, worker or businessman. Very near to the expo, to the city center, and to the very rich gastronomical, cultural and touristic areas.
Getting Around:
There are many bars, coffee places and restaurants less than 2 blocks away in any direction. There are many things walking distance as mentioned above: Chapultepec, Downtown, El Expiatorio, and others. Half a block away there is a Mibici stop, a public bicycle service that costs 80 pesos per day, or 160 pesos for 3 days. On the same block of the property there is a bus stop of the public transportation system, which is 7 pesos per ride, and can take you quicker to downtown or Chapultepec if you don’t like to walk. There is a public parking lot one and a half blocks away if you have a car. If you are heading to places like Expo, Providencia, Chapalita, Andares or Tlaquepaque, it is recommended to use taxi or Uber.
