First floor apartment comprising a main floor with living room with kitchen and a small service toilet, and a top-floor with 2 bedrooms (each with doubles-sized beds) and a bathroom with standing shower.

The apartment is very nice and cozy, and there is a nice small patio and deck. Access is done by the communal staircase by the main door on the main street. The apartment faces the street behind.

Please mind that as it is in the city center parking is very limited, but there is a large car park and the council gardens parking lot are just 500 meters away.
