The house
Anfós is a one storey house full of natural light ideal for a family holiday. From the main door there is direct access to the airy living/dining room with French doors that connects to the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen that is spacious counts with a breakfast table, a larder and the utility room with the washing machine. A side door takes to the covered terrace. Anfós has three bedrooms. A twin and a double bedroom that share a separate bathroom, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
There is an Air conditioning cold/warm unit in the living/dining room and one in the double bedroom ( with onsuite) 21.00 – 09.00 hours, also wifi is available.
Exterior
The outside is pleasant and  well kept. At the front of the house there are plants and a tall pine tree that provides a nice shade for the hottest days of the summer. At the back of the house there is a lovely pool area with a covered terrace overlooking the pool with a table and benches to enjoy delicious “al fresco” meals. Covered barbecue area with a brick built barbecue and a sink.
For the child friendly pool we offer the possibility of installing the surrounding child fence, measurements of the pool are 4m. x 8m. Depth min.1.05m. max. 1.90m.There is also a lawned area with a fish pond and a big bird cage; great fun for children.
There is room to place two cars in the property.
Location
The house is located in a quiet area in the small coastal town Sa Rapita in the southeast of Mallorca. Sa Ràpita that belongs to the municipality of Campos, is a tranquil town that offers water front restaurants –seafood-, a few supermarkets, a bakery and a chemist. On Wednesday and Saturday morning there is market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The coast is 200m from the house, great to enjoys walks by the sea. The sailing club and the well known sandy beach with turquoise waters Sa Ràpita –one of the most beautiful of the island- is 2 km away. The wonderful sandy beach Ses Covetes and Es Trenc are approx. 15/20 minutes drive away.
Included in the Price: Bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water and gas).
Not included: Tourist eco tax, payable by all adults 16 years and over by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
