A beautiful, stately, colonial design houses modern luxury and the perfect blend between history and today. Spread out over this expansive property with the main house, backyard, game house, and sport court! Walk to the very best Austin has to offer, or stay home and enjoy a meal in this perfectly appointed professional kitchen. Enjoy a Texas sunset while grilling out on the beautiful deck.

The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 9 and 12 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence their rights will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES will be allowed.
