Located in Sonnenland, a peaceful and residential, it is close to the access to the GC-1, main highway, and all ammenities (Shoppin centres, restaurants, theme parks, beach, etc.).

This house has everything you need not to miss your own home: 4 roomy and comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with flatscreen TV, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a garden area with Barbecue and a fantastic heatable pool.

**The Swimming pool is heatable: surcharge 40€/day, only hirable for the whole duration of your stay.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request).

** A security deposit of EUR 400 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**Late check in carries the following extra charges:

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 – EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 – EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 – EUR 80
