Villa Rosa

Not far from Montefalco, the home of Sagrantino, Villa Rosa is an enchanting private residence where you can really feel at home. The welcome, in fact, comes here by itself.
Arranged on two levels, the structure is able to receive up to 12 people, giving them the opportunity to enjoy, as well as a strategic position that allows to reach characteristic towns such as Spoleto, Todi, Perugia and Assisi in a few minutes, even a large outdoor pool, but protected by a roof, and a bright covered veranda in the center of which is a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. The ground floor consists of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, utility room, service bathroom and bright enclosed veranda. On the first floor there is a small hallway, three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower.
Outside there is also a large garden while for the outdoor pool there is also the possibility of heating the water.
Whoever arrives here will hardly be able to say no to a walk through the streets of the ancient Umbrian villages but will pleasantly be looking forward to returning to the Villa to enjoy here moments of magical intimacy that only certain places can give.
