Seminyak is a fashionable cosmopolitan town, located by the beach where you can watch Bali’s magnificent sunset every day while sipping cocktails at iconic beach clubs such as KU DE TA and Potato Head. In the day, if not hanging around by one of your private swimming pools once again, you can go shop at fashion boutiques, enjoy a coffee break and trendy lunch bars and dine in style at high-end restaurants. Your holiday in Bali can’t go wrong with this one! Having two private luxury villas fused into one amazing holiday haven provides guests with lots of spaces to spend quality time with loved ones. At the same time, there are lots of quiet corners to enjoy some solitude, reading a book or sun-tanning in the wonderful environment of one of the two gardens. The estate houses two lush green gardens, each with a glorious swimming pool to dip into, comfy reclining chairs and bean bags to lounge on, and there is even a private gym found within the property, perfect to get rid of those extra calories you put on while holidaying. The two Balinese-style living pavilions both feature traditional high-soaring alang alang rooftops and tropical open-plan architectural designs, overlooking the greenery of the garden. The interior designs are ruled by gorgeous hand-carved teak furniture and traditional artwork. Modern comforts are also taken care of with comfy sofas tucked with plush pillows, handsome dining tables for those cozy in-villa dinners, a satellite-TV in each living room, allowing you to watch your favorite show and the estate features a stylish bar as well, thé place to get your homemade cocktails and sundowner drinks. The estate houses a total of 8 villa suites, accommodating up to 20 guests comfortably. 6 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for your comfort and fitted with fitted with a large king-size bed for a good night sleep. Before sleep, guests can watch a movie or two in a wonderfully private setting as all bedrooms boast a satellite-TV and DVD-player. The master suite even boasts a private media room, complete with two comfy leather chairs, facing the large flat-screen TV. Every room features a private adjoining en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy a hot or cold shower or even soak in a bathtub for hours in some of the en-suites.
